Save Your Joints
— Not Just Replace Them

Backed by decades of experience, Dr. Wilcox uses award-winning, proprietary techniques to preserve your natural tissue — helping you enjoy longer-term joint health, less invasive procedures, and fewer future surgeries.

From day one, he takes the time to conduct a comprehensive, holistic evaluation before recommending any treatment — carefully considering your condition, lifestyle, age, and personal goals to define the best path forward.

His Joint Preservation Treatment Approach focuses on protecting and restoring what nature gave you:

Repair:
Stitch or anchor torn tissue back to its natural position using durable, long-lasting techniques.

Revive:
Reestablish blood flow within the joint, restoring vitality and healing capacity.

Realign:
Correct bone or joint imbalances to relieve pain and improve long-term performance.

Regenerate:
Stimulate or restore cartilage and bone to rebuild smooth, healthy joint surfaces.

Dr. Wilcox Tracks All of His Patients’
Outcomes for 5 Years

At The Joint Preservation Center, we believe in full accountability — that’s why Dr. Wilcox measured every patient’s symptoms, function, and join-related quality of life both before and after surgery.

By tracking your progress over time, we ensure your treatment is not only successful — but meaningful in the long run. To achieve this, we use a HIPAA-compliant platform, called OutcomeMD, that independently measures and verifies each patient’s outcome scores.
